Dips are the best body weight exercise for building bigger arms. Dips work to engage all the muscles in triceps, which further helps in performing high intensity exercises. They can be performed using a chair or bench, or equipment like a double handle stand.
- Hoist your body onto a chair, step or bench, which should be strong enough to bear your body’s weight and don’t budge at all.
- With fingers facing forward and hands shoulder width apart, slightly bend your elbows such that they are pointing backwards.
- Make sure your legs are extended out. Now slowly lower your body until your elbows is the same level as your shoulders.
- Now push yourself back up until the elbows are almost straight.
