Lunge Walks

Lunge walks are considered to be a multiple purpose exercise which not only works your hamstrings, quads and glutes, but also focuses on your biceps. Lunge walks are great when performed with a set of dumbbells which helps in toning your arms along with legs, all in one single move!

Step-by-Step:

  1. Stand straight with feet together and two dumbbells in hands and resting by your side.
  2. Now while curling the dumbbells to your shoulders and elbows close to the body, take a controlled step forward with your left leg.
  3. Bend both the knees and lower hips towards the floor. Make sure your back knee is pointing towards the ground and front knee is just above your ankle.
  4. Now lift off with your right foot and bring it forward to the initial position, while lowering the hands with dumbbells to your side.
