Lunge walks are considered to be a multiple purpose exercise which not only works your hamstrings, quads and glutes, but also focuses on your biceps. Lunge walks are great when performed with a set of dumbbells which helps in toning your arms along with legs, all in one single move!
- Stand straight with feet together and two dumbbells in hands and resting by your side.
- Now while curling the dumbbells to your shoulders and elbows close to the body, take a controlled step forward with your left leg.
- Bend both the knees and lower hips towards the floor. Make sure your back knee is pointing towards the ground and front knee is just above your ankle.
- Now lift off with your right foot and bring it forward to the initial position, while lowering the hands with dumbbells to your side.
